Who we are

Chess Industries is a metal fabrication company at Street Dr Bashir Heeran, Rang Pura, 72200, Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or contact us about a project, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you send us by email or phone: your name, company, contact details and project information.
• Drawings and technical files you share for quoting, such as CAD models, PDFs and photographs.
• Basic technical data recorded by our web host, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept in server logs for security.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and deliver the work you commission.
• To keep records required for invoicing, tax and warranty purposes.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Your drawings

Designs and drawings you send us stay confidential. We use them only to quote for and fabricate your project, and we do not share them outside Chess Industries except with subcontractors directly involved in your job, such as galvanisers or transport, and only to the extent they need.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as warranty and legal obligations require, usually up to seven years.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and images from Pexels and Unsplash. These services may receive your IP address when the page loads, under their own privacy policies.

Your choices
